This notice explains what the Lollipop Nails website collects and how Sweet List signup information is used.

When you join the Sweet List, we collect your email address, your optional first name, your consent time and the page where you signed up. We may also receive referral and campaign details, browser and device context, and approximate city, region or country information supplied by our hosting provider. We do not ask for or store a raw IP address in the Sweet List database.
We use this information to manage the Lollipop Nails email list, send coupons, promotions, special offers and salon updates, prevent signup abuse, and understand which pages or campaigns introduce people to the salon.
Website hosting and database providers process signup information for Lollipop Nails so the site and list can operate. A marketing email provider may also process this information when campaigns begin. We do not use Sweet List information for unrelated advertising profiles.
You can unsubscribe using the link included in any marketing email. You may also call 773-558-1450 to ask about correcting or removing your Sweet List information.
We keep active subscriber information while you remain on the list. We may retain limited suppression and consent records after an unsubscribe so we can honor your choice and maintain appropriate business records.
